INTRODUCTION: The City of Arcadia is seeking bids from licensed and qualified individuals or firms with historic building experience for renovation and building repair services for the Historic Arcadia City Hall Building located at 121 W. Hickory Street, Arcadia, Florida as described within the context of the Bid Document. This project is sponsored in part by the Department of State, Division of Historical Resources and the State of Florida. Any contract to be awarded for this project must be submitted to the Department of State, Division of Historical Resources for review and approval prior to final execution. 2) SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work includes repairs, renovations, and restoration of windows, doors, reroofing, and building envelope. Restoration of interior finishes and reconfiguration of existing spaces to meet the City's needs.
