As of October 15, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. ARCADIA CITY HALL REPAIR, RESTORATION AND RENOVATIONS from pre-qualified General and Building Contractors described within the context of the Information for Bid Documents. Contractors must be pre-qualified to bid this project. The City of Arcadia will accept sealed bids from qualified firms and/or individuals with historic building experience for repair, restoration and renovations for the Arcadia City Hall Building located at 121 W. Hickory Street, Arcadia, Florida as described within the context of the Bid Document.
