Plant 2- 2 1/2 " Japanese Lilac trees in ROW area and 2 2 1/2 " caliper maple trees in main yard area. Miscellaneous: Remove S half of N shared drive and reduce to single lane approach. Repair any damage to neighbor's driveway that may occur during alterations. Remove chain link fence. Grade full property to blend with surrounding grades.
