The City of Oxnard is requesting bids for On-Call Engineered Fiber, Mulch And Bark Delivery And Installation Services. Bids shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to furnish, deliver and install specified quantities of engineered wood playground fiber, mulch and bark in designated areas throughout the City as directed by the Project Manager. Areas designated for Work may include medians, parkways, planters, playgrounds, and other areas as directed by the Project Manager. Delivering and installing material at Project Manager's direction via Hand Installation Method or via Blown-In Method, or by Delivery Only for installation by others.
