The Town of Truro, acting through its Town Manager, will receive responses from qualified firms for Owner's Project Manager (OPM) Services for the final design, engineering and construction administration of the new Department of Public Works (DPW) Facility located at 24 Town Hall Road Truro MA 02666. The estimated construction cost is approximately $28,000,000.00 including the negotiated OPM fee, 2,800,000.00 has been appropriated at Town Meeting to move forward with design and permitting. It is anticipated the Project will be completed by Summer of 2027. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive informalities and to award a contract in a manner that is in the best interest of the Town. All questions regarding this RFQshould be directed to the Public Works Director Jarrod Cabral at jcabral@truro-ma.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
