Renovation of a municipal facility in Truro, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal of an existing ballast roof and installation of a PVC membrane roof and associated accessories. Removal of HVAC and associated equipment and installation of proposed HVAC equipment and associated electrical and controls. There are various alternates for the associated work noted above. Sub Bid Category Roofing & Flashing, HVAC, & Electrical. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Removal of an existing ballast roof and installation of a PVC membrane roof and associated accessories. Removal of HVAC and associated equipment and installation of proposed HVAC equipment. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing (typed, not handwritten) addressed to Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., 100 Foxborough Boulevard, Suite 250, Foxborough, MA 02035, or sent via email to foleys@wseinc.com and to be given consideration must be received at least ten working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
