Renovation of a municipal facility in Meriden, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Meriden seeks the Contractor Services to furnish labor and materials for Renovations to the Silver City Ballroom Vestibule and Replacing Rear Doors. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total proposal, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Meriden. No proposer may withdraw its proposal within sixty (60) days of the date of the proposal opening. This is an ARPA funded project. Contractors are required to comply with all State and Federal Guidelines. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten (10%) percent of the amount bid .
