Renovation of a fire / police facility in West Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,945-square-foot fire / police facility; and 972-square-foot fire / police facility.
For an improvement project at two of our fire stations: West Shore, located at 860 Ocean Avenue & Benham Hill, located at 250 Benham Hill Road. The request for information deadline is 5:00PM EST, July 31, 2024 For all bids over $50,000, the Bidder must furnish with its bid, a bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of its total bid price. A Certified Check made payable. a performance bond in the amount of the bid (100% bond). Bidder must furnish to the City on or before signing the award contract, a payment bond in the amount of the bid amount (100% bond). The City may reject any or all bids, or all options, in whole or in part, and may award any item, group of items, or the entire solicitation, if the City believes it is in its best interest.
