Site work for a water / sewer project in Rochester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work under covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the improvements of the Sylvania Hills water storage tank as well as the cleaning and coating of the interior and exterior of the tank. The project is located in Beaver Falls, Beaver County, PA The work includes but it not limited to: 1. Coating removal and replacement of all interior surfaces. 2. Coating removal and replacement of all exterior surfaces. 3. Removal and replacement of the tank ladder. 4. Removal and replacement of roof ladder. 5. Installation of new roof transition landing and handrail with self-closing gate. 6. Removal of existing roof vent. Roof vent to be replaced with 24" diameter, clog-resistant aluminum vent. 7. Removal and replacement of existing overflow pipe 8. Removal of existing shell vents. Shell vents to be replaced with welded patch plates. 9. Installation of new 30" diameter shell manhole. Manhole shall be located 180 from the existing manhole. 10.Removal of existing suspended cathodic protection system.
