Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit Board of School Directors (BVIU) requests bids for its project consisting of the complete renovation and expansion of its existing building located at 423 Adams Street, Rochester, PA 15074. Bids shall be submitted for the following prime contracts: Contract #1 - General construction and renovation Contract #2 - Electrical upgrades Contract #3 ~ HVAC upgrades Contract #4 - Plumbing upgrades. The BVIU reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to waive any imperfections; to alter the scope of the work; and to award the contract to the most responsible bidder that serves the best interests of the BVIU.
