sealed bids will be received by the Kinnelon Municipal Clerk for the reroofing of the Kinnelon Municipal Building & the Kinnelon Public Library. The project includes the reroofing of the Municipal Building and the Library. Both Buildings are located at the same site, however bids must be separated by each building as they may or may not be awarded at the same time. If the Contract is awarded, no refunds will be given. If for any reason the Contract is not awarded, refunds will immediately be returned to bidders pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24(b) when the Contract documents are returned in reasonable condition within 90 days of notice that the Contract has not been awarded. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, deviations or omissions in any or all bids, and to accept such bids and make awards as may be most advantageous to the Borough. All bids must conform to the models and directions contained in the Specifications.
