The Town of Chatham (Owner) is requesting Bids for structural improvements and relocation of the raw water intake at the WTP, approximately 9,000 linear feet of 10" PVC waterline along Beverly Heights Road, approximately 250 linear feet of 12" HDPE directional drill under Cherrystone Creek, and a new meter vault. **Document Notes: Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained by contacting the Engineer - Leslie Mantiply, PE. Documents will be sent in PDF format and prospective bidders will be placed on the plan holders list. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are provided in the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $150 for each set. Bidders who return full sets in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of 50% for documents returned in good condition within 10 days.
