Northlakes Dental Clinic Sidewalk Replacement BID #2 - Northlakes Dental Clinic Work is requested on 108 S Main St, Birchwood, WI; PID 65-106- 2-37-10-25-5 15-526-545000. The existing sidewalk consists of 4" concrete; approximately 37' long and 9' wide. Proposed work is to follow standard specifications listed under Village Ordinance Code 20-115 and consists of excavating and laying new concrete and rebar; Preferred completion date October 1, 2024. The Village of Birchwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities and accept any bid it deems advantageous to the Village.
