Muc City Hall Roof Replacement Project The total base bid price for the contract shall include the costs for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, and Plans and Detail Specifications prepared by Chapman Technical Group. The work to be bid upon is described as follows, but not limited to: Demolition of the existing roof system down to the roof deck, installation of a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system and other construction as indicated on the Drawings and Project Manual prepared by Chapman Technical Group, dated July 2024. Construction time limit is 90 calendar days. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
