Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a communication facility; for the renovation of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.

Construction of a new electrical distribution system upgrades to the Town's new development on the north end of the Town of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. The electrical distribution system upgrades includes demolition of old overhead distribution power poles, new underground cables, sectionalizing enclosures, and transformers so the medium voltage distribution infrastructure is in place for the Owner to easily connect new customers as the North Wells lots are developed. The electrical portion of the project is a Rural Utilities Service (RUS) based design. List of materials acceptable for use are contained in RUS Informational Publication 202-1. Primary considerations will be to complete the portions of the work associated with the 1) Base Bid. Pending the costs associated with the 1) Base Bid, the Owner may elect to perform the work for the 2) Alt Bid. The work associated for the electrical distribution system upgrades will require coordination and working around a general contractor performing grading and other utility work (water and sewer) within the North Wells area. Utility coordination will be required throughout the project including, but not limited to, The Town of Pine Bluffs (water and sewer), United States Air Force (USAF Cable), and Range Fiber Optic (fiber optic) for sequencing and installation of the fiber optic line installation in the same trench located above the electric utility, and all other utilities and Contractor's as required during the duration of the work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
