The Housing Development Corporation of NEPA will receive Bids for the Window Replacement at the Schain Building, Berwick, PA, generally Project consists of removal of 42 existing double hung windows and replacement with new vinyl clad windows and all work related thereto Submit Bidder's Requests for Interpretation via email ONLY to pat@endlerac.com Construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts. The contractor must comply with the minimum rates for wages as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (45 P.S. 165-1 through 165-17).
