Site Directions: City of Kimberly, Idaho Site Address: City of Kimberly Description: The project generally consists of cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation of approximately 9,767 linear feet of 8-inch through 12-inch sanitary sewers, including cleaning, CCTV inspection, cutting off protruding taps, reinstating laterals, traffic control, sewer bypass pumping, installation of 6 manholes on the end of existing sewer mains, and related items of work. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Question Deadline 07/25/2024 For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially completed within fifty-six (56) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General or Supplementary Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within seventy (70) calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
