The City of Lake Forest is seeking a qualified engineering firm to perform Phase I Design Engineering services for the replacement of Ringwood Bridge. Phase I Design Engineering Services will include, but are not limited to, project design, extensive community outreach and historic preservation coordination, preliminary cost estimate, and the procurement of all the necessary permits. The project will require reviews and approvals by IDOT. As of May 13, 2025, this project is in early planning. The architect has been identified and information regarding the method of general contractor selection is unavailable. A firm construction timeline has not been established.
