The City shall, in its sole discretion, determine what does or does not constitute an informality or technicality, and, in submitting a Bid, the Bidder agrees to be bound by that determination. WAGE RATES: The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the current prevailing wage rates for Lake County Illinois on the project as established by the Illinois Department of Labor.
