Reference Number: 0000357449 As per City Statutes, the City of Thornton requires private property be maintained in a "junk/debris free" manner. When property owners are unable or unwilling to maintain their property per the established regulations, the City utilizes Service Contractors to bring the property back into compliance. As such, Thornton requires one of more Contractors to potentially provide debris/junk removal services on an on-call, as needed, basis. Thornton reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Project to the most responsive and responsible firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of Thornton; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
