Bid Group 1: Razorback, LLC - $467,000 Bid Group 2A: RCM Utilities, LLC - $111,175 Bid Group 2B: RCM Utilities, LLC - $80,825 The City of Bowling Green,Florida,is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, administration, supervision, insurance coverage, and any other facilities and services necessary to successfully construct, start-up, and warranty the completed Project (2020 CITY OF BOWLING GREEN CDBG UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS). The project is generally described as installation of grit classifier equipment and new manual bar screen in existing wastewater treatment facility headworks, replacement of two high service pumps at water production facility, rehabilitation (lining) of four lift station wet wells and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes. All bid questions must be received prior to November 25, 2024, at 5:00 pm local time to Citys engineer (EOviol@Pennoni.com) to be answered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bids in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the interests of the City.
