The Project consists of the purchase of an on-site sodium hypochlorite generation system including process control programming and instrumentation, delivery to the Sherard Water Treatment Plant, and field services for installation and startup. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit bids on this project. Bidders that use a subcontractor(s)/ supplier(s) are required to make a good faith effort at soliciting DBE subcontractor/supplier participation. Bidders shall submit the required DBE Good Faith Effort Documentation form and other related forms with their bids The procurement will be subject to the "Buy America" requirements asset forth in 2 CFR Part 200 and 2CFR part 184 Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be on a lumpsum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Non-contract price items will be used to evaluate Bid's impact on overall Project cost and contribute to Bid selection The date that the Bidding Documents are obtained by the Bidder will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Questions shall be directed, in writing, to the BOPU project manager, Bryce Dorr, at bdorr@cheyennebopu.org. Bid security shall be furnished inaccordance with the Invitation toBid.
