Working to include: New Walls, Structural Bulkhead for a new entrance Doorway & with all new Door Hardware. New Ceilings, Ceiling Tiles, Flooring & Painting. Structural includes all new Bulkheads for Main Entrance & new Exhaust Hoods. Mechanical includes all new Plumbing & HAVC with new Range Hood Exhaust Upgrades. Electrical includes all new Electrical Panel, wiring, & all new LED Lighting / Emergency Lighting, Public Address Speaker system, Emergency Lighting & new Heat Detectors.
