Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2025. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
