This solicitation is being made available to NYS certified SDVOB, MBE, or WBE businesses at this time ONLY. A prospective contractor must hold one or more of these listed designations (SDVOB, MBE, WBE) to be considered for award of this solicitation. New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (herein also referred to as "NYS OTDA", or "OTDA") is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide HVAC planned preventive quarterly maintenance, and, an hourly rate for repairs. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of up to 2 years. 3 Facility locations, one each in: Albany, Buffalo, and Endicott. Contractor not required to bid on all Facilities. Award is to be made to a responsible contractor based on pricing per each facility, separately. Up to 3 separate awards may be issued.
