The New York State Office of General Services, Design & Construction (OGS) intends to contract with up to three (3) firm(s) to provide inspections and engineering services for dams owned and/or operated by NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). These services will include, but not be limited to, inspection, engineering analyses, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, design and removal services, and construction inspection services at various locations throughout New York State. Firm(s) must possess a strong engineering background with significant dam related experience, as assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise, and possess the ability to advance multiple projects simultaneously.
