Site work and paving for an educational facility in Waianae, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Furnish materials, labor, and equipment necessary for Area XX - Ground Improvement at Waianae High School. A. The existing soils shall be prepared as necessary to provide a stable subgrade, compacted to 95% relative compaction. B. Asphalt paving process i. Remove all sub base necessary. ii. Compact base, adding new material as necessary. iii. Repave the entire area with 2" of C&C asphalt mix #4. iv. 4" base course C. New 6' Chain link fence i. Install NEW 2-3/8" O.D. Schedule 40 galvanize pipe line posts; All line post footings shall be at a depth of no less 2'-6" and no less than 12" in diameter; concrete footing shall have a 1/2" trowel finished crown; ii. Install approximately 560 linear feet of NEW 6 feet high, 9 gauge, knuckle / knuckle, 2" mesh, galvanized chain link fence fabric, to include all hardware and accessories; iii. Install NEW Top Rail and mid-rails 1-5/8" O.D. Schedule 40, galvanize pipe, to include all hardware and accessories; A performance bond is required for all projects $50,000 and above. To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractor's license classification A or C-3. This project is scheduled to commence on upon issuance of a purchase order and must be completed by September 30, 2024
