Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waianae, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a New Outdoor Stage and Concrete Sidewalk at Leihoku Elementary School. A two (2) year written Contractor warranty on all new work is requested by the Engineer and shall be submitted with project invoice, weekly payroll and current HCE at the completion of work. Working hours shall be 7:00 a.m. thru 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. No weekend work shall be permitted. All new work shall be free of Asbestos, Lead, Mercury, Chromate or Strontium Chromate. Project shall commence June 3, 2024 and be completed by June 21, 2024. To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license classification A. A performance bond is required for all projects $50,000 and above.
