The City of San Carlos is seeking a qualified landscaping team to provide infield renovations to Flanagan Field and Madsen Field at Burton Park. The details of the project are outlined in the scope of services section. All proposals shall include as a minimum the information outlined in Scope of Services. Scope of work for this project includes all aspects of the infield renovation, including but not limited to the following: Flanagan Field o Strip and off haul approximately 15,500 square feet of existing infield mix to a depth of 7 inches. o Fill, grade, and compact the area with new topsoil. o Install new irrigation, including 3 valves, and all laterals and heads to ensure that newly added grass area will have adequate irrigation coverage. o Supply and install new regular cut, big roll sod to match existing grass species on site. o The new infield area will become a 60-foot radius pulled from the new pitching rubber location. o Existing infield mix will be blended, graded, and compacted to ensure smooth finish with new sod and ensure uniform playability.
