The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field, FL, intends to issue a single award contract for Oil Water Separators, Grease Traps, Sewage Lift Stations & Holding Tanks Maintenance Services with a base period of 01 Oct 2024 thru 31 Mar 2025 and one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Work consists of but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to perform maintenance services on oil/water separators, grease traps, sewage lift stations, and holding tanks located at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Work shall include the removal of all liquid, grease, and solids from the grease traps. Work also includes the removal of liquid, oil, fuel, solids, grease, sand, and miscellaneous debris from the sewage lift stations, oil/water separators, and holding tanks at various locations in accordance with the Statement of Work. All work shall comply with government and industry standards and practices, as well as applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This acquisition is being offered for competition to eligible Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562998 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to award of a government contract. Respondents are further advised that failure to register in the SAM Database will render your firm ineligible for award.
