Model is SEQ40BS6151697 Serial number is (H)06/22/18-6151697-227F The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that at 194 Brims Road Bldg. 91285 Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 the Breathing Air Generator Servicing and Repair is completed as required by the manufacturer's guidelines. The contractor shall accomplish all repair and replacement tasks to meet the requirements of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that at the at 194 Brims Road Bldg. 91285 Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 the Breathing Air Generator Servicing and Repair is completed as required by the manufacturer's guidelines. The contractor shall accomplish all repair and replacement tasks to meet the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). The minimum repairs are established in this document. Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted at 194 Brims Road Bldg. 91285 Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 on 13 August 2024, 1:00 P.M. CST. Offerors interested in attending the site visit must submit their request to the POCs listed above, along with the list of individuals attending by 09 August 2024, 12:00 P.M. CST. Technical questions must be submitted no later than 15 August 2024, 2:00 P.M. CST, via email to the POCs listed above. Period of Performance: 45 Days After Receipt of Award.
