The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Primary and Secondary Vendor to provide preventative maintenance, repair, and installation services, to include emergency service, for Lee County's generators during normal working hours, after hours, and on standby during emergencies on an as needed basis as determined by Lee County Departments. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this solicitation. It has been determined that the specifications and scope of work within this solicitation are adequate to describe the product or services being requested. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the term of two (2) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. Only bids received from responsive and responsible bidders will be considered. The County reserves the right before recommending any award to inspect the facilities and organization; or to take any other necessary action, such as background checks, to determine ability to perform is satisfactory, and reserves the right to reject submission packages where evidence submitted or investigation and evaluation indicates an inability for the bidder to perform.
