Site work and new construction of a residential development in Medford, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The Medford Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed proposals from registered architectural/engineering firms to provide professional design/engineering and construction administration services for the new Community Room & Resiliency HUB at the (AMP-1) Willis Avenue Federal Family Housing Development in Medford, MA. The Estimated Construction cost is $1,500,000.00. Fee for basic services will be negotiated. The RFS may be obtained by contacting Gabriel Ciccariello, Director of Modernization & Procurement at gciccariello@medfordhousing.org. The project is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. WBE/MBE/SBE and Section 3 designated firms are encouraged to apply. Questions must be sent in writing to Gabriel Ciccariello at gciccariello@medfordhousing.org no later than the close of business on Friday, August 9, 2024. The MHA reserves the right to rescind this Request for Proposals and re-issue at a later date for any reason. MHA reserves the right to award in part, to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, or to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if in its judgement, the best interest of the Housing Authority will be served. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
