Furnish and Deliver Rock Salt for Snow and Ice Control for Roads and Bridges The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunterdon. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Hunterdon County acts as Lead Agency in a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with twenty-five (25) registered members mentioned in the bid specifications. Under this system, the County of Hunterdon solicits competitive bids for certain items purchased by registered members. Bids will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein and addressed to the County of Hunterdon, Division of Purchasing, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Building #1, PO Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, and clearly marked on the outside SEALED BID 2024-15, ROCK SALT.
