Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Flemington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT ON MAIN STREET The work will be funded by the Borough of Flemington, The major construction items include: Base Bid Main Street: 4,000 s.y, Remove Pavement which Includes 8"" of reinforced concrete pavement under 4"" +/- of asphalt; 500 tons of HMA 9.5M-64 surface course 2"" thick; 1,500 tons of HMA 19M-64 base course 5"" thick, 600 s.y. reinforced concrete sidewalk 4"" thick, 200 l.f. concrete curb; 1 unit inlet, Type B; 720 1.f. of Underdrain Type F; Traffic Signal Pedestrian Head Installation, and other lawn restoration and incidental items The SBE Goal for the project is 6%. Contractors are advised that DCR forms (266, 272, 273,274) noting the SBE participation must be submitted to Engineer ON OR BEFORE 5 days after bid date Bid(10.0%), Certified Check The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid or to reject all bids
