Site work for a water / sewer project in Flemington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 07/05/2024 Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. The project generally consists of refurbishing an existing belt filter press. Work generally consists of replacing rollers, pulleys, belts, etc., on a Klampress Type 85 manufactured by Ashbrook Simon Hartley, Houston, Texas. All work will be included under a single contract. Bid security must accompany each bid and shall be in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, and may be given, at the option of the bidder, by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner.
