Hunterdon County Vocational School District in the County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, solicits sealed bids for Custodial Services at the Hunterdon County Vocational School District (HCVSD) - Central Campus. Any questions regarding the bid requirements must be submitted in writing and addressed to the Business Administrator, Ashley Sanguiliano, via e-mail at asanguiliano@hcvsd.org. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. pertaining to the "Public School Contracts Law", and all applicable federal, state and municipal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action of all authorities having jurisdiction over the provision of goods and services, shall apply to the contract. The Board will award the bid to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Board also reserves the right to accept any portion of the bid, waive any irregularities in bidding, and to proceed in any manner considered in its best interest. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. ***Bid Event: Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms in the manner designated by the Bid Documents, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "HCVSD - Central Bid for Custodial Services 8/28/2024" and be addressed to the undersigned. Late delivery of a bid for any reason, including late delivery by United States Postal Service Mail, express delivery service or any other carrier, shall disqualify the bid.
