Fa Proj , Erie, Niagara Cos., Pavement Markings - Various Locations., Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: Dbe: 5.00% This project will replace durable pavement markings that have deteriorated due to maintenance operations (plowing, patching, ect.) and/or wear due to high traffic volumes at various locations in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie & Niagara County. Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2024/2025. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
