Reference Number : 0000359072 Qualified contractor with skilled personnel to provide water treatment service. Contractor shall provide all labor, testing equipment, instruments, chemicals, and materials to fully accomplish the water treatment as assigned in the accordance with the manufacture's terms, conditions, and specifications of the heating and cooling units. Services for water treatment shall include two (2) monthly service calls per each system listed in the Systems and Treatment section of this bid. Service schedule to be coordinated and approved by Custodian of Buildings & Grounds. Service visits are to include test of all systems, review of treatment control test and logs, current operating conditions, recommendations for changes and or improvements in the water treatment when necessary. Service representative must be a qualified water treatment expert who must have their 7G NY State DEC Pesticide Applicators License.
