Site work for a water / sewer project in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is to install a sewage grinder at the Olmsted County Government Center. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 7/26/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) Electrical Contractor shall include the labor to pull a low voltage cable for status monitoring of sewage grinder in the same conduit along with the power cable. Owner will provide the appropriate type and length of cable for installation by Electrical Contractor, and Owner will make connections to dry contacts within the outdoor panel or will provide a current transformer if required for monitoring. Coordinate with Owner to obtain monitoring cable for installation. Installation work which requires sewer pit access and interruption of sanitary service must be completed on a Saturday, but formal equipment startup can be performed during the workweek. No bid bond is required.
