Said Construction generally consists of Transit Facilities, ADA Facilities, Bituminous Patching, Sidewalk Improvements, Curb Improvements. The work includes the following approximate quantities of work 165 TON - Bituminous Patching Mixture 26489 SF - 4 Concrete Walk 19479 SF - 6 Concrete Walk 1351 LF - Concrete Sill 3261 LF - Concrete Curb & Gutter 2803 LF - Conduit 30 EA - Bus Shelter 54 EA - Bicycle Rack 58 EA - Handhole 378 EA - Storm Drain Inlet Protection 10354 LF - Sediment Control Log Each bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashiers check or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% the amount of the bid, which amount shall be forfeited to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, the Common Council reserving the right to reject any and all bids.
