Site work for a civil project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Pierson Drain Improvements Phase II - Lake Avenue and River Greenway Culvert Upgrades as follows Installation of 80 lf of 12x5 concrete box culvert, 26 lf of 20x6concrete box culvert, and minor existing storm sewer realignments. Project also includes installation of two-stage ditch including flexamat, 1,170 lf of pre-vegetated coir log, gravel access drive, and restoration. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders.
