The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows Provide (14) Town & Country light fixtures on direct bury poles, underground circuitry and one power source. Question Deadline 07/28/2024 The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Final Completion for the project is December 27, 2024
