Site work for a water / sewer project in Ripley, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be bid on is as follows: Replacement of 6300 ft of 8" sewer force main, including 825 ft by HDD The allotted time for construction is 180 calendar days. Question Deadline 04/04/2025 Questions from Bidders must be directed to the Engineer as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for preparation and distribution of addenda. Deadline for Interpretations and Questions: Five (5) days before Bid date. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering into the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of Ripley Gas, Water and Wastewater. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
