Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Rossville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project site work improvements consist of but not limited to site demolition, clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control, earthwork, storm drainage, resurfacing existing asphalt parking lot, striping parking lot, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, asphalt walking path, concrete pavers, underground site electrical service to 5' of the building, site lighting, and landscaping. The site work will be awarded as one Contract. A separate contract will be awarded for the proposed park amenities to include a playground, splash pad, and multi-purpose building. Coordination with the park amenities contractor is included in the scope of work for the site work contract as described in the Contract Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid.
