Renovation of an educational facility in Rossville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Renovations to Ridgeland High School located at 2478 Happy Valley Road, Rossville, Georgia. Sealed proposals from General Contractors will be received for this project. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting onsite. Request for Proposal documents are available for examination at Southern A & E's office or can be requested for download or printing. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP Instructions to Offerors. No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. A bid bond equal to five percent of the base proposal is required. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price are required prior to the start of construction. All bonds must be issued by a surety licensed in Georgia and listed on the Federal Register. Offerors must submit a Contractor Affidavit and Agreement for compliance with Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and provide verification with executed affidavits. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities and irregularities and to reject any or all proposals. By submitting, Offeror agrees to sign the Standard Form of Fixed Price Construction Contract without modification.
