Site work for a civil project in Rossville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following major elements: Replacement of a failed existing stormwater infrastructure located in front of a commercial parcel at the intersection of Ivy Street and Highway 27. The work will include construction of new culverts with a total of approximately 150 linear feet, subject to field conditions. The culvert is located within a high-traffic area that experiences frequent heavy truck loading, which has been incorporated into the design criteria. Walker County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Philip Schofield, PE., at pschofield@ctiengr.com, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids Question Deadline 02/13/2026 CTI Project No. G25019-01
