Site work for a municipal facility in Dayton, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

SERVICES The Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio along with the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 153.65-153.70, are seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm to provide the following services for the Erosion Control Phase 3 project: Design Report and Recommendations Surveying and Mapping Easement preparation and acquisition Coordination with affected property and infrastructure owners Coordination of Permitting Preparation of detailed design and supplemental specification documents Bidding Services Engineering Services during construction Construction Record Drawings See attached Addendum A for a more detailed scope of services. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Study twelve (12) sites within the Montgomery County service area where water distribution and/or sanitary sewer collection facilities have been exposed or are threatened by stream erosion. Prepare a report discussing alternatives and recommending actions. Design solutions to provide protection, restore or stabilize the facilities.
