It is the Bidder's responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. This project consists of interior renovation of a control room and office suite. Renovations include new flooring, ceilings, lighting, paint and casework. Renovations are preparations for the room to receive new furniture and technology equipment under a separate contract. WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or other contracts.
