Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pineville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools in order to clear, approximately 2.67 acres of land and construct two building pads, a parking area, and a DOTD approved entrance with driveway for the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH). Deadline to receive written inquiries: 07/23/2024 THE STATE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE RESPONSE OF THE BIDDER OR PROPOSER IF THIS CERTIFICATION IS SUBSEQUENTLY DETERMINED TO BE FALSE, AND TO TERMINATE ANY CONTRACT AWARDED BASED ON SUCH A FALSE RESPONSE. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165. A. (1), a Contractors' License Number in the appropriate classification(s) such as Building Construction and/or, Highway Street and Bridge and/or, Earthwork, Drainage and Levees must appear on the bid opening envelope on all projects in the amount of $50,000.00 or more (and $1.00 or more if hazardous materials are involved). Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. This solicitation is for the Clearing of Land and Construction of a Concrete Pad for the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) located at 6250 Esler Field Road, Pineville, LA 71360. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications.
