Renovation of a parking garage in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The scope of work for this Project involves Priority Repairs to the Buckingham Parking Structure, and generally includes the performance of certain repairs and preventive maintenance at the Buckingham Parking Garage, such as Installing all necessary Partial Depth Concrete Repairs Over Offices Overhead Concrete Beam Repairs Partial Depth Concrete Repairs at Field Street Stairwell The Successful Proposer shall reach Substantial Completion of the Work within SIXTY (60) consecutive calendar days of the City's written Notice to Proceed and shall reach Final Completion of all Work and Services within NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days of the Citys written Notice to Proceed. Clarification Deadline 7/25/2024 2:00 Pm Addenda responding to questions by 2:00 PM on July 29, 2024 Any Proposal with a Total Price Proposal of over Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security (a Certified Check or Bid Bond) in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Proposers Total Price Proposal. The Proposer to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond each with a surety company acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City. The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any Proposal
